This set includes four industrial total locking swivel casters, each featuring a heavy-duty polyurethane wheel on a cast iron core. The total locking swivel casters offer unparalleled safety, allowing the operator to lock both the wheel and swivel section simultaneously. This converts the swivel casters into completely stationary and locked units, preventing unwanted movement – a paramount safety feature in the caster industry.

The total locking mechanism, operated by robust steel pedals, is easily engaged and disengaged with the foot, ensuring ease of use and stability. All casters in this set are equipped with grease/zerk fittings in crucial areas - the raceway for the swivel section, the wheel hub, and the axle running through the wheel. This ensures easy maintenance and long-lasting, smooth operation.
Each caster in this set can support a weight of 1,100 lbs for a total capacity of 4,400 lbs per set of 4. The polyurethane wheels are non-marking and floor-friendly, providing high weight capacity without the risk of damaging or scratching your floors. The steel yoke or fork of the casters is zinc-plated for added rust resistance.
