Kingpinless Casters with Polyurethane on Cast Iron Wheels

Caster Headquarters Kingpinless Series are built to last. Our Kingpinless caster forks are made from hot forged ASTM 1045 steel that can withstand up to 2,000 lbs capacity. These casters are commonly used by Fabricators, Military, Tow Lines, Automotive Equipment, and Heavy Machinery. Our special Kingpinless design eliminates any potential problems associated with kingin failures that would normally occur on most standard casters when they are introduced to severe shock load and abusive applications.
Polyurethane on Steel Wheels are an affordable yet strong and reliable wheel option for most heavy duty industrial caster and wheel applications. The wheels have a hardness of 90-95 Shore (A) and a 10mm thick polyurethane tread chemically bonded to a steel core. The polyurethane tread offers a much better protection on concrete floors than a steel wheel. The polyurethane on iron wheels are completely non-marking, non-staining, and non-conductive tread. Polyurethane treads are resistant to oil, grease, water, and many chemicals and solvents. All of our Polyurethane on Cast Iron wheels have a Zerk Fitting on the outside of the hub for easy maintenance for lubrication to the roller bearing. You can choose to upgrade the bearings from a standard roller bearing to a Sealed precision Ball Bearing on the right hand side of every product page using the drop down menu. Sealed Precision Ball Bearings will allow a quieter, smoother ride with no need for maintenance or grease.
