4" x 2" Maintenance Free Swivel Caster - 900 lbs Capacity

Caster Barns Maintenance Free Ergo Extreme Series industrial casters feature an ultra quiet design that eliminates swivel chatter for silent operation. It is designed utilizing a sealed tapered bearing in the upper raceway and hardened chrome steel ball bearings in the lower raceway with zero slack tolerances for continuous towing caster applications, demanding impact applications and durability due to the heavy duty construction.


Our Ergo Extreme (EE) Series is 100% maintenance free and requires zero lubrication. It offers up to a 2,500 pound capacity. The Yellow Zinc Chromate finish is standard for ultimate extended corrosion resistance as well to show its superiority allowing it to stand out for easier differentiation.

  • Tapered Bearings in Upper Raceway to handle Axial Loads while operating at high speeds
  • Ball Thrust Bearings in Lower Raceway to handle combined heavy radial and thrust loads
  • Extended Swivel Radius reduces the effort to start and swivel by half the force of a standard caster
