Series ZFWH Spinfinity Maintenance-Free Casters

The new Zero Fix Spinfinity™ Series casters represent a new class of the “best of breed” kingpinless design. The ZFWH Series represents Hamilton's answer to our customers asking for a highly durable maintenance-free kingpinless caster with the industry's most popular 4" x 5" mounting plate.

The top plate and inner raceway are forged steel formed from one piece, providing a superior raceway for shock conditions. Once formed, the raceways are CNC-machined and then hardened to ensure a uniform depth in hardness of the swivel raceway. The hardening and the CNC-machining together produce an excellent swiveling caster under extreme loads.

Swivel Construction Best of Breed Kingpinless - forged steel top plate and fork base; 1/4" x 2" precision laser cut steel legs welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.
Load Bearing 2 9/16" diameter hardened and CNC-machined raceway with 3/8" balls.
Product Finish Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s new Crimson Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.
Sealed Swivel Construction The forged ring is cnc-machined with a precision groove to accept a large seal made from Nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) designed to keep grease in and contaminants out.
Axle 1/2" diameter hex head with lock nut.
