Spring Loaded Casters

High Quality Shock Absorbing Spring Loaded Casters - up to 2,000 lbs capacity

Choose from two different high quality shock absorbing series of spring loaded casters. Our standard industrial kingpinless version which is a more economical but heavy duty Spring Loaded Caster that has weight capacities up to 2,000 lbs each depending on the wheel material combined with a kingpinless raceway which is made to eliminate problems that can occur with standard kingpin caster failure due to shock and impact loading. We also offer an upgraded Chrome Plated Precision Raceway Spring Loaded Caster that is meant to reduce push/pull force which contains thrust ball bearings in the raceway to support high axial forces while providing an exceptionally smooth raceway for easy turning and maneuverability. Both Spring Loaded Caster series we offer are available with an industry standard 4" x 4-1/2" mounting plate size as well as a larger 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" mounting plate option depending on your requirements. Spring Loaded Casters are made to absorb shock and vibrations in order to protect expensive cargo and materials from shock while rolling your carts and equipment. Spring Loaded Casters do a great job at rolling over obstacles, debris, gaps, cracks, uneven floors, gravel, and cords. Our Spring Loaded Casters contain a solid polyurethane spring, unlike the common steel springs, our version resists corrosion and elastic fatigue. This spring reduces vibrations and shocks much more effectively than a metal spring loaded caster and also lasts much longer than a standard spring loaded caster. These Shock Absorbing Casters are recommended in the Automotive Industry, Manufacturing Plants, Computer Equipment, Aerospace Industry, and any other shock sensitive load application. They perform very well at absorbing vibrations on rough or uneven floors. Shop the highest quality industrial spring loaded casters in the industry from Caster Headquarters.
