Pallet Jacks

These pallet jacks and pallet jack wheels cover complete trucks plus steer and load wheel rebuilds. Complete jacks in this collection range from about 2,200 to 11,000 lb per jack. Common ML55 family titles list 5,500 lb. Steer wheels are typically 7 x 2 in. Load wheels are typically 3 x 3.66 in with 20 mm bearings on sampled titles. Seal kits, pumps, and pallet jack stops also appear on this aisle. There is no separate pallet-jack-wheels collection URL. This hub owns both the jack and the wheel intent. Match fork length, wheel size, and bearing bore before you order. Capacities below are per jack unless a listing is a wheel or part. Platform truck aisle: carts platform trucks. Hand truck aisle: hand truck mobile equipment. Read the listing for the exact wheel size, overall height, and mount shown. Choosing a jack

  1. Fork width and length: 27 x 48 in fits the standard 48 x 40 in pallet. Use 20 in or narrower forks for small skids and narrow openings, and long forks for two pallets end to end or long loads.
  2. Lowered height: low-profile jacks get under low pallets and skids that a standard jack will not enter.
  3. Floor and wheels: polyurethane wheels are quieter and easier on finished floors. Nylon and steel roll easier on rough concrete and over debris.
  4. Wet or washdown areas: pick the galvanized or stainless steel models.

Repair parts

  • Steer wheels 7 x 2 in and load rollers 3 x 3-11/16 in, in nylon, polyurethane and steel, with 20 mm bearings or bores.
  • A and B series seal kits, pumps and wheel kits.
  • A rubber pallet jack stop, 12 x 14 x 2 in, to keep a parked jack from rolling.

Match the series (A or B) of your jack before ordering seals or a pump. If you are not sure, send a photo of the pump and the model plate to info@casterhq.com.
