These Casters are typically used by large OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) who typically make promotional retail and store displays as well as store fixtures that need to be on wheels in order to easily move around. General Duty Casters are also used on many other light-duty applications such as furniture, wooden furniture dollies, work benches, tables, and just about any application that does not exceed the Caster's load capacity.
These Casters are zinc plated to help prevent rust and corrosion when exposed to moisture, chemicals, or wash-down applications and these casters have formed stamped steel housing which are great quality features for a General Duty Caster making them stronger than a lot of the other types of similar products on the market.
