Pan Dollies are the carts that are most commonly used to store baking sheets & pans when not in use. These dollies need to be sturdy due to the potential load capacity and also needs the ability to maneuver with ease throughout the Bakery. We recommend a 3" Polyolefin wheel with a high quality steel caster.
