These expanding kits are a great option to retrofit a caster on top of any piece of equipment or tubing. This kit is a 1-1/2" expanding diameter rubber adapter, meaning this adapter typically fits into a 1" leg. The most common application for this stem size would be for kitchen prep tables. All kitchen prep tables have a 1" inner diameter leg tubing.
